Southeast Coast Marine Group has an exclusive relationship with Monocle Fractional Yachts, the largest and most successful yacht share company in the world. Monocle primarily sells ownership positions in new, 100+ foot, fully-crewed megayachts, and JUST as importantly, they provide the ongoing management of the yacht's crew, maintenance, provisioning and financial needs.

Here's an example of how it works. You can purchase 10% of a new, four stateroom (plus crew quarters), six million dollar Hargrave Yacht for $600,000. Monocle will supervise the construction, outfit and crew recruitment for the yacht and you just show up with your friends and family for some combination of four weeks each year. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean and New England each year so you'll always be exploring new vistas. The only additional costs you incur is $3,000 per month for maintenance and crew plus any consumables you use each week. Overall, the entire package represents about 1/3 of the cost of chartering for four weeks, and a fraction of what it would cost to own, crew and maintain a 100 foot Hargrave. Plus you own the yacht and will get back all or a large part of what you invested when it is sold!
